Communication
In any renovation project it is imperative that there is open communication between all parties involved. Open communication drives accountability for both the client and our team. Throughout the renovation process we encourage client feedback and participation to ensure that expectations are being fulfilled.
Vision
The clients vision of the end result is of vital importance. Our ability to understand your vision allows us to not only meet but exceed your expectations. Our consultive approach assists our clients by offering selective input & recommendations to help them through the design process.
Concept Drawings
Once the clients vision is established we go to work. As an example, for a basement renovation we would produce a scaled floor plan detailing wall positions, nominal room dimensions, positioning of light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, etc. Once this process is complete we return to the client with 3D drawings for review and comment. Once the conceptual process is complete we develop a proposal.
Specifications / Proposal
During this process it is vital that a clearly defined proposal is provided. Our proposal details all specifications, materials and allowances used to drive pricing, and provides an accurate representation of the cost of the project.
